Clint and his wife Jennifer have been married for 11.5 years. They have 4 kids ages 16, 11, 10, and 7. Clint has worked in the pipeline business for 13 years. He loves to hunt and be in the outdoors!

Sean and his wife Ashley of 10 years live in Chippewa, Pennsylvania, with their two future deer-dragging boys, Cade and Bodie. In his spare time, he enjoys taking his boys to Pittsburgh Pirates games,Monster Jam, cheering on all Pittsburgh teams, camping, building huts, planting food plots, and watching his boys grow, while their family continues to grow in faith and do God’s work whenever they can—carrying on a legacy that includes three generations of United States Steel mill workers.
My adopted Uncle Lee introduced me to the woods, my God gave me a passion to stay in them and I have never been the same since! Favorite activity: Sharing with others what I’ve learned about the outdoors and relating it back to The Creator Himself!
Johnny and his wife, April, have been married for 28 years and live in McBee, SC. They have two children, Johnathan and Mary Frances, along with one precious grandson (Walker Lane). Johnny enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, hunting, fishing, and farming. He loves sharing what God has done in his life and desires for others to come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.
Joel and his wife Erin, married nearly 25 years, have been blessed with 4 children. He enjoys hunting, shooting, and reloading. A career educator, Joel has published two books and hosts a weekly podcast that applies God's Word to life and leadership. His favorite verse is Matthew 5:16
Luke lives in Swansea, SC with his wife Crissy and their 4 children. Luke enjoys hunting, fishing and the fellowship that comes with being in the outdoors.
Carmen and his wife Mayra live in Charleston, SC. They have 4 blended children. Carmen enjoys serving the Lord with IO in the outdoors!
Married to Rene for 31 years and blessed with 1 daughter and 2 sons. I really just love anything outdoors from hunting, fishing, or just being on a tractor. I love sharing time in the outdoors with friends and family anytime but serving on IO retreats is something that I am very passionate about!
Frank resides in Saint Augustine, FL and has been actively involved with the IO team since 2011. His passion is embracing the goodness of God’s creation and having the opportunity to serve and disciple men.
Dave Ryan has been married to his best friend, Marlene, for 47 years. They have one daughter, Jessica Daughtry, with four grandbabies and a son-in-law Jeremy Daughtry.
